The New Zealand Lamb is Spiced, then Sautéed in cast iron then roasted and sliced.  This meal includes a salad, and side dish.

Aged Prime Rib Eye Steak  & Chilean Sea Bass served with a salad, side dish.  Substitute Filet Mignon.

The ragout is with leeks, bacon, garlic fresh herbs, tomatoes and white wine. The Chilean Sea Bass is sautéed in cast iron and finished in the oven. This meal includes a salad and side dish.

 Invented in Breaux Bridge, LA in the late 1920's— is the most celebrated crawfish creation of all time. This recipe is from New Orleans. Meal is served over Rice and a Salad.
